In this class for beginning and experienced poets, writing exercises and discussion will focus on awakening the senses and generating new work. Participants may bring up to three poems for in-class revision. Levin’s collection of poetry, Smoke of Her Body, won the 2011 Jacar Press Poetry Prize.
