Anyone who has suffered from anxiety can know how debilitating it can be both emotionally and physically. In the extreme It can cause both physical and mental stress which can result in serious illness, affect ability to concentrate, reduce efficiency, and adversely affect quality of life. In this half day workshop, Gen Kelsang Tilopa will lead participants in simple effective meditation techniques that anyone can use to calm their mind. Participants will also learn and practice meditations that will increase their understanding of how they can examine and solve the problems that are the causes of anxiety. Everyone Welcome!
