Nuv Yug India Fest
When: Sat., March 12, 11:30 a.m. and Sun., March 13, 12 p.m. 2016
Nuv Yug — Hindi for “new era or generation” — Fest makes stops to Raleigh, Atlanta, Tampa and Charlotte. The goal? To present a showcase of entertainment, cultural and artistic elements that increases awareness of Indians within the community. Indian Idol Torsha Sarkar will be the main attraction on Saturday. Come hungry because there are plenty of vendors with Indian cuisine, too.
