France native Bernard Brunet, chef/owner of Global Restaurant has whipped up a special five-course prix-fixe menu for New Year’s Eve. The restaurant will be offering amuse-bouche, Hudson Valley duck foie gras, Maine lobster, veal breast, and chocolate hazelnut decadence. For a little more cash, you can have each course paired with wine.
