There’s no point in trying to count of all the classic Motown faves that come and go throughout this Broadway number. The musical tells the story Motown founder Berry Gordy. Breaking through music and race barriers, it sets the scene by tracing how Gordy launched the careers of Diana Ross, Michael Jackson, Smokey Robinson and a whole lot more. But it’s the music that brings this story to life.
