Sure, it may require more of a commute, but it promises food trucks, artists and live music. The kickoff of Matthews’ food truck gathering includes A Bao Time, Bebo's American Bistro, Comfort Foods on Wheels, Food Freaks of NC, Imperial Sandwich, KO Food Truck, Oowee BBQ, Sophie's Soul Food, What Goes Round, Art of Baking, Sugar Homemade Gourmet Donuts and Coffee Priest.
