MARIANAS TRENCH

Canadian pop-rock outfit Marianas Trench is touring the country on the heels of its fourth studio effort, Astoria, which was released in October. Singer/guitarist Josh Ramsay isn’t afraid to tackle his past demons — drug use, eating disorders — in his lyrics while still able to keep his music upbeat. Secret Someones were originally scheduled to open this show, but dropped off the tour after announcing an indefinite hiatus. (Jeff Hahne)
