The 2014 Charlotte LGBT and Allies Diversity Summit is a series of sessions in 2 concurrent tracks: 1) What Works in the Workplace Track: “Strategy & Sustainability” The LGBT in the Workplace track focuses on best practices for creating and sustaining a real change though workplace LGBT initiatives that impact human beings and bottom lines. 2) Understanding Our Communities Track: A series of presentations and speaker led open discussions. These are designed to be an open forum for everyone to come and learn in more depth about the diversity within our communities as well as ask questions.
