Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification

This UNC Charlotte course covers Lean Six Sigma methodology and tools used to improve existing processes or design new processes. Upon completion of the course, students will be able to lead Lean Six Sigma projects to improve processes within their workplace. This course is offered in partnership with the Center for Lean Logistics and Engineered Systems, a unit of the UNC Charlotte William States Lee College of Engineering.
