We live in a very fast-paced world. Now more than ever, we need to develop our inner strength and resolve so that we can ride the waves of life—instead of getting knocked down by the tides! Kundalini Yoga is a powerful form of yoga that combines breath work, asanas, mantra and meditation to elicit fast and powerful effects both physically and spiritually. We will practice a dynamic yoga set in which we will practice training the body and mind to ride the tide of life. We will meditate to strengthen the neutral mind, invoking peace and balance.
