Kings Mountain Historical Museum’s 30th Anniversary Celebration will include a full day of activities with a Battle of Kings Mountain theme. Visitors will be treated to a variety of historical craft demonstrations throughout the day and have the opportunity to make their own contributions to a time capsule, to be opened at the Museum’s 50th Anniversary in 2036. The day's events will include a firearms demo and program “Every Insult and Indignity: the Life, Genius and Legacy of Major Patrick Ferguson” by Ricky Roberts, as well as performances by the Log Cabin String Band.
