Kenton Place Toastmasters invites Lake Norman and surrounding area residents to an open house event on Friday, September 20 to learn about the club and meet members, including local author, Jordan Ring, who will share insights from his forthcoming book, The Balance Point: Master the Work-Life Balance, Love What You do, and Become an Unstoppable Entrepreneur. After hearing from Jordan, members and guests will experience a regular Toastmasters meeting that will include prepared speeches, Table Topics™ (impromptu speeches) and evaluations. A light lunch and refreshments will be served. There will also be giveaways, including pre-release copies of Jordan’s book.
