Keep away the Sunday scaries with good beer and sweet Southern soul music. JJ Grey & Mofro is is playing in the (hopefully) sunshine. The music is an all-encompassing blend of blues, folk, rock and soul, culminating in an easy vibe. The band is on tour still jamming on songs from his 2015 release Ol’ Glory and more. If you missed the Revivalists last week, this is a more stripped-down set in an intimate locale, but it’s a similar Nola vibe.
