Charlotte’s Jazz Arts Initiative is holding auditions for the fall season of the JAI Youth Workshops. These workshops are for students in grades 6 - 12 who want to learn more about playing jazz - especially in the context of small jazz ensembles. At least one year of school band or private lessons is required. These workshops will be held September 17 and September 24 at the Sloan-Morgan Building on CPCC’s Main Campus, 1201 Elizabeth Ave.
