Italian Kitchen Cooking Demonstration

Join us for an afternoon of wine and food tastings as you learn and observe the preparation of two traditional Italian favorites: La Ribollita, a traditional Italian soup, and Torta Di Nocciole, a delicious Italian hazelnut cake; two perfect recipes for the winter season. This event will be hosted by chef Kevin Fisher, Owner of ‘The Screaming Rooster’ of Winston-Salem, NC. Enjoy this opportunity to learn from one of north carolinas finest chefs while enjoying award-winning raffaldini wines. This event is for guests 21 and over only.

Price: $35 +tax per person includes demonstration, food sampling, two glasses of wine, and a recipe card
