Improv Charlotte kicks off its first show of the new year with sketches and random, funny acts that revolve around whatever they feel like addressing. The troupe, which charges only $5 for shows and donates all the proceeds from each show to different charities, performs monthly at UpStage and this is as good a time as any to check them out.
