Musician Sonny Skyyz has been giving Charlotte crowds something to party to for years, and now folks from the community are rallying for him in a time of need. Sonny is suffering from Stage 3 Adenocarcinoma. Although his treatments are covered by Veteran Affairs, he can no longer play music, his only source of income. A lineup of Sonny’s friends will be playing through the afternoon and into the night to raise money for the local legend.
