"A good people person can go a long way in any job. A lot of musicians have an ego, which leads to cocky, which leads to "hard to work with.' After six months on the road, a good-hearted people person can really make a name for himself. If everything's going to hell all around you but your touring buddies are still making you laugh, you tend to remember those people."

For someone looking to become one of "those people," there seems to be no better place to start...than with being yourself. For these session musicians, that's clearly served them well as a formula for success.
