The event aims to form the largest outdoor fitness class, as it gears up for Pride weekend. Pride followers are invited to experience a high energy impact class. There will also be live upbeat music from a DJ and instructors leading the class and explaining how fitness can be used against the haters and how to fight to get results. The 55 minute class burns around 675 calories and is a cardio workout for building strength and stamina.
