GALLOWS When singer Frank Turner left Gallows earlier this year due to creative differences, it wasn’t a good sign for the hardcore punk band. Turner made it clear to a Charlotte crowd that he wasn’t a fan of most bands on the Warped Tour, citing themselves as the only punk outfit on the 2009 tour. Enter Gallows’ newest addition, Alexisonfire singer Wade MacNeil, and the band has taken a decidedly screamo turn in its formerly punk approach. Makes me wonder if they’ll abandon the old material.
