When practiced regularly… * Pain diminishes, performance flourishes, and resistance to injury increases. * Your spine naturally decompresses and space opens throughout your torso creating a more balanced frame. * Your torso, pelvis, and Posterior Chain strengthen and your hips reclaim their intended role as the epicenter of movement. Price: Cost: $75 for all 4 weeks. Registration required. Can’t make it to all 4 weeks? Come to 2 sessions for $40.
