April 17 – Autism Aware Fare. Eat for autism today. Participating restaurants will be donating a portion of the day's sales to the local Autism Society and will pitch table tents to help educate patrons about autism and how they can help. Visit www.autismawarefare.org for restaurant listings.

April 18 – Rum Cocktail Dinner. Experience some Caribbean flavors at this five-course dinner paired with tasty rum cocktails. April 18-20 – Inspire! Ballantyne. Enjoy a weekend of art, food and entertainment at the Village. Local artists will be on hand to show off their work and visit the crowds. A photography contest will include wine tasting and snacks prepared by Ballantyne restaurants. Live entertainment will be provided by Center City Groove Band. $20. April 23 – Unibroue Beer Dinner. Brixx is celebrating Creative Loafing's Beer Week in a delicious way. The four-course dinner will feature handcrafted beers from the Canadian mico-brewery.
