It's fiesta time, when the 19th Annual Festival Latinoamericano invades Symphony Park at SouthPark Mall. The event honors Central and South American cultures with a hoard of authentic food, arts and crafts, dancing, and music. This year, Colombian musician Jorge Villamizar will headline, bringing a wild fusion of funk, mambo, merengue and cumbia to the stage -- and if you don't know what all those genres sound like, that's even more reason to come out. Proceeds from the event benefit The Mint Museum of Art, the Latin American Coalition and the Latin American Women's Association. $5; $3 for children 9-12 years old; Free Mint Museum members and children 8 years old and under.
