Is it just me or does this new series at Levine Museum of the New South just sound delicious? Guests are invited to join chefs and cooks who are representing various regions of Latin America and their cuisine. The idea is to get folks exposed to the many different cultural elements while giving them something to put in their bellies as well. In addition to the tastings, guests get to try creating a dish.
