In this workshop, we will combine mediation, breath work, and the body’s energy systems to give you tools for living a yogic life off the yoga mat. We will be going inside and gainer deeper knowledge of how our higher selves communicate through physical bodily symptoms due to suppressed emotions and past traumas. This will be 2 hours of discussion, lecture, learning how to apply yogic principles into your life, getting still and all with a light heart! All are welcome.
