Charlotte percussionist Christopher Slezak is back from Austin, Texas, for the holidays, so his friends at the Milestone have put together a bit of a party. Slezak’s a wanderlust member of the fantastic alt-folk outfit Appalucia, who is headlining this night. Also on the bill is Dust & Ashes (CL’s reader pick winner for Best Local Album) and the Kyle Perkins Band, performing as a full band, since Slezak’s in town. (Jeff Hahne)
