It's a 4-course tequila dinner featuring some special offerings from our Executive Chefs and El Tesoro tequila! This will be quite the fiesta. The blue agave plant is naturally very sweet and gets thoroughly charred during the production of tequila giving it a bitter characteristic. We wanted to play off this bittersweet pairing and craft a dinner around equal notes of sweet and bitter (dulce y amargo).
