DJ Fraser, one half of the wax-spinning duo The Fresh Catz, ducks behind a turntable at last Wednesday's edition of Pop Life at Loft 1523. The event featured a "buzz" party for L.A.'s American Black Film Festival, which was sponsored by the local marketing company Two Girls and a Dream Productions.

Soul sister
