Lancaster's inaugural MLK, Jr. parade honors the life and legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Grand marshal, Power 98’s No Limit Larry aka No Leezy, will lead the parade through historic downtown Lancaster. The parade begins at Springs Street at 11 a.m. Following the parade, join No Limit Larry at City Hall (216 Catawba St.) for a moment of reflection and inspiration.
