LATIBAH Collard Green Museum brings history and culture to LIFE by presenting a series of theatrical performances entitled, "Dialogue With My Soul...the Gathering". Offering a different perspective, these gatherings will be of those often unheard and unseen - the MOTHERS , WIVES, SISTERS and DAUGHTERS of the men and brothers so often in the forefront of the struggle. In honor of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.'s birthday, the first performance will center on the WOMEN who were backbone of this great Civil Rights Leader. We will also discuss what lessons can apply to ourselves, our families, and our communities.
