Back in May when Clay Smith aka Delighted Tobehere (a Charlotte draq queen formerly known as Roxy C. Moorecox) moved to New York City, we were sad. Then, we were proud to see Delighted Tobehere's appearance on America’s Got Talent. Luckily, Delighted Tobehere returns to the Q.C.
