Journaling isn’t just for seventh grade girls crushing on their lab partners. As adults, a journal is a record of your life, the place to scribble sacred thoughts and chronicle your fears and celebrations. If a blank page incites terror or writing inside the lines is uninspiring, join me to explore writing and art exercises to spark the creative process and play with techniques to transform your journaling practice. We’ll bust out of our spiral bound notebooks and create a simple journal that makes you swoon. Open to all levels, no journaling or art experience required.
