Culture Fair

The best part of attending any fair is the grub, and Culture Initiative’s Culture Fair is no different. Well, maybe it will be a little in that a handful of the area’s best chefs are throwing down in a Pig Pickin’. Jon Frye of Johnny Que’s BBQ/Soul Gastrolounge, Clark Barlowe of Heirloom, Ben Philpott of Block & Grinder, Luca Annunziata of Passion 8 and Marc Jacksina of Earl’s Grocery will use pulled pork to create tacos, steamed buns, sandwiches, and even pizza.
