This Series is designed to help you SHIFT into remembering who you really are, what you are capable of, and show you that you DO deserve an amazing, loving, fulfilling life! This work will help you reduce suffering and give you the tools to be your own healer. In this 4 part series we will be working on recognizing and transforming fear based thinking, unhealthy belief systems, and patterns that don’t serve us anymore. Through yoga, meditation, lecturing and group exercise, we will tap into learning how to create a deeper, richer, more empowered life!
