He is currently completing a documentary on the loss of the old growth hemlock trees in the Appalachian Mountains (www.thevanishinghemlock.com). His photo “We paid at the pump until there was no more” was a recent finalist in the Canon Imagin8tion Project with Ron Howard. David holds a graduate degree in Myth and Depth Psychology from Pacifica Graduate Institute in California. He currently resides in Charlotte, NC.
