Learn Chi Walking & Chi Running techniques in 8 weeks from certified trainer, Amy Peacock, at YWCA. You can learn to walk-run injury- free! This co-ed program is open to all fitness levels.Training runs Sept. 4 - Oct. 30, 2012. Practices will be on Tuesday nights from 6pm-7pm. REGISTRATION NOW OPEN!
