Chilly Willy: I'm not exactly sure who created the Facebook fan page for Charlotte's most famous street personality -- known by all as Chilly Willy -- but we're glad it exists. Of course this page isn't the best place to keep up with Mr. Willy's comings and goings (for that, just keep your eyes peeled offline and you'll see him walking about), but it is a place to see him in action in videos, artistic renderings and photos ... and to make contact with other fans of the man.
