Charlotte NORML is open to the public and works to unite a growing community of activists in the area. The monthly meeting is an open opportunity for new and existing activists to discuss accomplishments over the past 4 weeks and plan for upcoming events in the community and with a larger focus toward legalizing cannabis statewide.
