Award-winning author Meredith Leigh visits the Charlotte area to offer a two-day intensive workshop on how to cure your own meats! In collaboration with Laurel Hill Farm, Leigh invites home cooks, foodies, farmers, and chefs to benefit from hands-on instruction and ongoing mentoring allowing them to confidently prepare artisan charcuterie by hand. Participants will also receive product to take home, and copies of both of Leigh's books, "The Ethical Meat Handbook" and "Pure Charcuterie." Limited tickets available.
