This Charlotte-based quartet released their debut album over the summer. Fronted by female vocalist Sarah DeShields, who adds a dramatic soprano range to the mix, the band produces lush melodic pop. There’s a dreamy and sometimes moody and harsh feel to the sporatic sounds. Paired well with Drake Margolnick (also of Flagship), who was recently in the headlines after being attacked and robbed in the NoDa area.
