Join Karen Rogich, Certified Health Coach, to learn the basics of proper breathing techniques, various breathing exercises for relaxation, energizing and health, and practice your breath work in a grounded, supportive, group setting. In addition, Karen will teach you the basics of mediation, share various styles of meditation and take you through a mediation session. Couple your breath work with a meditation practice and you have the potential to transform your life. Bring your yoga mat and a journal. Handouts will be provided.
