With last year’s debut Breakin’ Convention in Charlotte still on our minds, Jonzi D crossing the pond to come back to Charlotte has us pretty stoked. The London-based hip-hop theatre and breakdancing master is in town for a week-long residency that culminates in a new work that will premiere and be open for audience critiquing. Here’s to hoping the work develops into something for this year’s convention in the fall.
