Join BLT Steak Charlotte pastry chef Rachael Burns on Saturday, Feb. 4 from 2:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. for an entertaining lesson on all things cocoa. Guests will enjoy tasting a variety of chocolate types, learning to whip up the perfect chocolate cake and chocolate mousse, and creating delicious chocolate bon bons and truffles. The Bon Bons & Bubbly class costs $45.00 per person, plus tax, and includes class materials, recipes and ingredients, with Champagne pairings available for an additional $12.00. A specialty Chocolate Martini demonstration is also available.
