Beat the holiday weight gain! YWCA’s Body Blast Bootcamp is a fun co-ed 9-week training program focusing on conditioning and muscle-toning through running, plyometrics and total body drills. Prepare to get dirty, prepare to be challenged, and prepare to take fitness to the next level while having a great time with new friends. Enlist Deadline: 5pm Wednesday Oct 9. 30 spots available!
