Universal appeal. That’s the key to Blue Man Group’s long-term success. The show just never seems to get old for adults or children, women or men, and audiences comprised of various races, cultures and nationalities. And let’s not forget its interactive components, largely responsible for return visits. BMG is known for alien antics and for picking fun at latecomers and overly eager volunteers. Prop items like pipes, trash cans and paint put unpredictable spins on the mime-like performance, supplemented by experimental musical elements.
