On Friday, Sept. 30 at 7:00 p.m., BLT Steak hosts a unique culinary evening featuring a special four-course prix-fixe dinner with wine pairings from acclaimed Shelton Vineyards. Diners will indulge in a masterful menu showcasing BLT Steak signature dishes and select original creations from Chef Ben Miles, all perfectly paired with various Shelton wines. This special wine dinner is $75.00 per person, not including tax or gratuity, and will be held in the private dining room at BLT Steak on Friday, Sept. 30.
