Locally sourced delicacies include an heirloom tomato salad with olive oil croutons and Burrata drizzled with Vincotto vinaigrette, tempura squash blossoms topped with ricotta and tomato-tarragon jam, and New Town Farms baby squash sprinkled with basil and freshly grated parmesan. Enjoy fresh main dish options such as the diver scallops with chanterelle mushrooms, corn and smoked bacon, and the double cut pork chop with mission figs and pancetta. Finish the night on a sweet note, compliments of our neighbors to the south, with a delicious Georgia peach tart stuffed with almond filling and served with a scoop of vanilla gelato.
