BLT Steak Charlotte and Chef de Cuisine Ben Miles will be hosting internationally renowned Chef Laurent Tourondel. The chefs will work side by side to serve BLT Steak’s tried and true menu items, along with a specialty blackboard featuring seasonal tastes and a rare appearance of Burgundy black truffles. Guests will be presented tableside with the opportunity to finish their dish with freshly shaved Burgundy black truffle. This rare batch will be one of the last until next year and only BLT Steak has your chance to taste their intensely rich flavor as part of an expertly crafted meal.
