Headache And A Shave: A local convenience store was robbed. The thief got away with three boxes of Mach 3 turbo shaving razors, four boxes of Gillette Mach 3 razors and two boxes of Mach 3 refills. Indecisive Plywood Prey: A woman was driving down the highway when the front end of her car was struck with a piece of plywood. She was unsure if the wood fell off the truck in front of her, which was stacked with plywood (duh), or if it came off the road due to the heavy traffic.

Homegrown Threats: While sitting in his car in front of a house, a man yelled at the homeowner, "I know where you work and I know where you live and I will take care of you." The homeowner felt sure the man would make good on his threat since he was, after all, in front of his home.

Flat Out: While a woman was at home, an acquaintance came over and flattened all four of the tires on the woman's car. A few days before, the acquaintance had warned of a future tire-flattening. The offender made sure to let her know when the deed was done, going up to the woman's front door and banging on it right after the tires were successfully flattened.

Thief On Grass: A man reported that while he was away from his truck, someone stole a push lawn mower from the truck bed. The mower hadn't been tied down or secured in any way. The clasp on the toolbox was also broken but nothing was taken.

Bumpy Rides: A particular pothole has been the cause of quite a few flat tires. Several people had called the police to report the pothole. While en route, the responding officer also hit the pothole in question. When he arrived, three or four people were changing their tires. While he was talking with them another woman pulled up and stated that the same thing had happened to her earlier.

Call The Heat: Someone entered a house that was still under construction by going through a wall, at which point the thief stole the gas fireplace.

Buy A Consonant: A local man went out to his car one morning, only to find that someone had stolen the letter "H" from his Honda Accord's trunk.

Better Than Spam: A local grocery store was the site of an attempted robbery. A person walked into the store, concealed one candy bar and one can of Vienna sausages in his clothing and tried to leave the store without paying.

Gets The Red Out: Apparently suffering from dry eyes, a man went into a grocery store and tried to steal a bottle of eye drops. He put the drops in his pants pocket and attempted to leave the store but he didn't get very far before security stopped him.

Time To Quit: During an argument over rent, a man's roommate became violent. He picked up an ashtray and struck the man in the head with it, leaving visible imprints of the ashtray.

Bloody Mary: While at home, a local woman was visited by a female acquaintance who asked for money. The visitor was highly intoxicated and became violent when the homeowner said she had no money. Both parties tussled around and the drunken woman hit the other one in the head and upper torso. She dragged the woman onto the porch, and used her to break the railing. The woman advised police that she couldn't get away to call police until the next morning.
