Black Oak Grille is a counter service family restaurant with a complete menu serving chicken, beef, fish, pork, salads and sandwiches. Beverages include fresh brewed tea and coffee, soft drinks, beer and wine. Black Oak Grille's mission is to serve quality food quickly without the expense and time required in full service restaurants, while providing a wholesome alternative to fast food. Only the finest ingredients and cooking techniques available are used, such as: fresh rotisserie chickens and boneless chicken breasts with a three-day marinating process. Sauces and gravies are made from pan drippings and stocks. Cooking processes utilized are a real wood burning grill for cooked-to-order items, a slow cook oven for ribs and beef, and a rotisserie oven for whole chickens. To ensure freshness, potatoes are baked in batches every 20 minutes. Made from scratch soups, sauces, breads and salad dressings are some of the many efforts put into the menu. Black Oak Grille offers specialty desserts from around the country. Express menu items are available for quick service as well as a children's menu. Black Oak Grille also offers a specially priced party pack menu for groups of 4 to over 200.
